Motivate and encourage yourself

Letting go is not easy after a tragic event has unfolded in your life. It can take days, weeks, and even years to overcome challenges that life throws at you and the emotional trauma it comes with. It can get challenging to move on and choose the right direction. During such times, while your loved ones would try and guide and comfort you, it is ultimately you who have to make a move. You have to continually motivate and encourage yourself to get back up and let go of things that have hurt you, broken you, and have put you in the state you are now. Learning to let go helps you free yourself from the mental baggage the tragic event has caused and allows you to see beyond the world of possibilities, opportunities, and new beginnings.
